நடிகர் வெங்கடேஷ் தந்தையும் தயாரிப்பாளருமான திரு. D.ராமநாயுடு அவர்கள் இன்று காலமானார். நடிகர் திலகம் நடித்த வசந்த மாளிகை திரைப்படம் D.ராமநாயுடு தயாரித்த வெற்றி சித்திரம். இவர் நடிகர் நாகார்ஜூனாவின் மாமனார், நடிகர் ராணாவின் தாத்தாவும் ஆவார்.

Dadasaheb Award winner and Producer for maximum number of movies by an individual (As a record 153 movies) D. Ramanaidu, who was suffering from prostate cancer, died in Hyderabad today. A legend producer and a great man in the industry.

Popularly known as movie gaint, D Ramanaidu produced 150 films in 13 Indian languages, held the Guinness Book of World Records for the most films produced by an individual. In 2012, he was conferred with the Padma Bhushan in recognition for his contribution to Telugu cinema. In 2009, he received the Dada Saheb Phalke Award for Lifetime Achievement in the film industry for his outstanding contribution.
